discussion, concerning LB 108. No significance should be placed upon word usage or order of issues addressed. The 'problems' with LB 108 were
organized into categories for organizational purposes and no priority or preference has been created. The Task Force will refine this list at the
November 18/19 meeting. Input and comments on the material are requested from both Water Policy Task Force members and the public. Input/comments
may be provided via the comment section on this site, or may be e-mailed to sgaul@dnr.state.ne.us . In order to provide input prior to the
November 18-19 meeting, any comments are requested by November 12.
